COVID-19 SAFETY OFFICER & STAFF PROCEDURES
A COVID-19 Safety Officer (Marion Horne) has been appointed and available to answer all operator/guest queries regarding COVID-19. Staff are monitored, temperature taken and recorded at the start and end of each shift. Staff will wear PPE and sanitise their hands hourly.
CHECK-IN AT HOTEL AND/OR ARRIVAL AT RESTAURANT
All registration formalities are done electronically prior to guest arrival to ensure that the arrival process is as contactless as possible. Guests will be required to use hand sanitiser on arrival. Guest temperature is taken and documented on arrival. COVID-19 Health Declaration and questionnaire will be completed on arrival and guest contact details recorded for contact tracing purposes. The guest will be escorted to a sanitised room and orientation done by staff member from the door. If luggage handling is required the luggage has to be sanitised before and after the porterage service.
SERVICING OF GUEST ROOMS
To minimise risk there will be no turn down service. Rooms will be serviced on guests request which will be confirmed on arrival. During servicing of stay-over rooms, strict COVID-19 measures will be practiced. It is a requirement that guests leave the room during the period that it is serviced. Should you require additional towels or amenities please phone and request from reception who will deliver it to your door. Rooms will remain vacant for 24 hours between arrivals so that they can be deep cleaned, sanitised and aired.
Staff & guests to maintain a distance of 2 metres between one another. The elevator is limited to 2 persons at a time (guests may use stairs).
At breakfast the guests temperature will be taken and documented. Restaurant table set up is in accordance to best practise for social distancing. All meals are plated and social distancing will be strictly monitored in the restaurant.
The wearing of masks in public areas are mandatory for guests and staff.
Sanitiser is available in all public areas. Guests are requested to use sanitiser on arrival and on leaving a public area.
